喜欢吃茄子吗?日式扒茄子您千万别错失了.

红糟腌肉

红糟来自台湾,以绍兴酒的瓮底酒糟来腌肉,肉中无酒味.在细嚼慢咽同时,

可以体会出它的独特香味,不油腻,可下酒,亦可下饭.这是一道非常特殊的台湾菜.

琵琶雞

琵琶鸡必须用烤箱焗烤,烤前至少须腌四小时以上使入味,并分三次焗烤,前两回刷上腌酱,第三回刷上蜂蜜,色泽诱人,口感上微微带点蜂蜜的甜味,是不错的好料理.
