位于台南市闹区友爱街的「沙卡里巴」，是台南市颇具盛名的小吃聚集处。「沙卡里巴」是日文字音，原意是「盛场」，也就是「小吃市场」。
棺材版则是沙卡里巴最著名的小吃。台南市的「棺材板」由于好吃、名称又怪，故闻名全台。浓郁的奶油香及来自台湾的黑胡椒香味，再加上酥脆的外皮必将让您忘不了如此的好滋味。
